Rapid Stacking Door

The speed of the vertical stacking pvc fabric and the opening/closing automation allow a continuous and quick use of the passage, avoiding expensive thermal exchanges between inside and outside. The PVC fabric is reinforced with metallic bars put into the horizontal compartments of the doors, to contrast wind force. Widely used in cleanroom & passageway in food processing, supermarket, electronics factory, warehousing & logistic center. Rapid Stacking Door is dust proof, noice reduction, heat insulation.

Power Performance: Germany SEW motor, power supply is 220V or 380V, 50Hz, 1500RPM, power is 0.75- 1.5KW.

Control Voltage:  safe low-voltage 24V.

Opening Speed:  open 0.3-1.5m / s , off 0.3-1.2m / s (the speed is adjustable).

Door Curtain: imported from France, high-density polyester fiber and the surface coating processing, thickness 0.7mm~1.5mm, it is waterproof, acid-resisting, alkali-resisting and oil proof. Available different colors: yellow, blue, grey, red, white, orange and so on.

Infrared Sensor: when the door is closing and the infrared sensored passager or forklift, the door will stop immediately and open automatically for safe.

Air Bag: when the door is closing once the air bag is under pressure by the passager or forklift, the door will rebound automatically for safe.

Transparent Window:  import PVC transparent crystal soft plate, round, square or oval is available, the size is customized.

Wind Resistant: 15m / s.

Sealability: the U-shaped balloon bags (at the bottom of the door curtain) can tight fitting with the ground, the seal strip on the both sides of the door can vermins-proof and dust-proof.

Opening/Closing Method depending on the application:push button,pulling cord,Radar,Remote control,Opto-electrical control, Interlock function (between new and/or existing doors). Manual opening handle when out of power.
