Platform structure, with the overall platform structure to design, using the high-strength tensile pattern table panel. Bottom of the panel frame with a unique "I" to support structure, effectively break force distribution. Table static force from 8 tons to maximum 15 tons, dynamic load from 5 tons to maximum 10 tons.
Open loose-leaf articular structures form of high strength tensile pattern steel plate, connect by a diameter of 25-30mm (1 "-1.2") of high-strength galvanized steel. Open loose-leaf articular than the traditional welded joints, increase welded area up to 300%, the force area increased by 2.5 times, pull the loose-leaf small pull increase up to 4 times' load bearing capacity; and easier maintenance.

Power unit，form by the integrated style hydraulic system and hydraulic pump station. Power unit was installed in the unloading platform's base, the installation location above the pit bit-plane, away from the garbage and debris.
Power configuration We can offer two power configurations for customers to choose: 380V/50Hz/0.75Kw and 220V/50Hz/1.5Kw;
Control panel, one-touch button switch, easy to operate. The equipment park is equipped the storage interlock device, and further enhance security.
The independent supporting leg structure, patented design 28 tons. Supporting leg structure, in the unloading process, when the truck suddenly left the platform unloading area, the supporting legs can keep the goods and the forklifts in the level, minimize accidents & risk, ensure the safety of the operator.
Anti-pinch design, both sides of the anti-pinch guard in the unloading platform discharge guard, along the border with yellow / black stripes warning bar, even when large table is rising highest, the side plate can ensure the side area full closure, which can effectively avoid the risk of crushing the toes, adequately protect people, forklift, goods.
Bumper rubber， in the front of the unloading platform there equipped with two heavy-duty rubber bumper.
