Door Panel: Panel Thickness is 50~200mm; Insulated Core is Flame Retardant Polyurethane Foam, it could high effectively preserve the heat; The thickness of door panel is depend on the operation temperature range (-45℃~+50℃); Outer Skin is Stainless Steel, Color steel sandwich panel or Plastic Plate (Optional); 

Maximum Door Size: single leaf W*H 2500*4000mm; 

Track: Header Track is made of Heavy-Weight Aluminum Profile; Lower Track is made of Plastic or Stainless Steel;

Operation Mode: The door will rise when opening, and go to the outside, and then the door deviate from the door frame on both horizontal and vertical direction, so the gasket around the door will be divorced from the door frame. The door will sink when closing, and go to the inside, and then the gasket impact into the floor and door frame closely and the door is entirely sealed. The space between door and the floor or door frame is adjustable, in order to ensure the reliable sealing;

Switch: Remote control, push button switch, pull rope switch, photoelectric switch, magnetic loop switch and so on;

Emergency Exit Device: Safe is the most important! There is a built-in clutch in the motor: the clutch will switch on when power is on, and the clutch will separate automatically when out of power. It doesn’t affect the manual switch; Door is lockable from both outside and inside: when somebody is locked in the cold room by mistake, he could open the door without any tools from inside by loosening the arm of the lock and then escape safely; 

Safe Protection: the door edge is collision-induced;

Door Frame: Stainless Steel or Aluminum Alloy (Optional);

Anti-freezing Device: Supplied with heating cables for connection to 220v (also available for other voltage), avoiding the freezing between the sealing and door frameb;
